Goal 

To design a rehearsal invitation for a tiki themed dinner party hosted at Bowen’s Island in Charleston, SC.

 

Role 

I worked on all phases on this project from client meetings and designing mockups to preparing files for print. 

I used a photo of the restaurant over looking the marsh as the base for the design of the graphic. From there, I did some photo compositing to add in the tiki torches and to add extra empty space for the text. I also added some filters to give the image a water color texture. I then choose a fun handwritten script font to add a more fun and beachy flair to the invite.
